Come and join us at Vestas** **Applications, Controls & Electrical > Control Hardware > Control HW Project Management** The Control Hardware Project Management consist of a group of highly experienced and diverse Project Managers and Planners who work across Platform, technology and legacy portfolio. The department is part of the Control Hardware organization which are delivering the turbine Hardware infrastructure including Electronics, Cables, Sensors, Panels and Power supplies. We have a high focus on continuous improvements and seeks to optimize the way we work. The department has a mix of Technology development and Project execution. **Responsibilities** - Build project plans structure and ensure planning connection from Product Plans (A-Level) to Team Delivery plans (C level) - Continuous monitoring of project plan fulfillment (A to C level dashboard) and timely reporting of project deviations - Mapping of project dependencies across teams/modules/value chain - Being the point of contact for Project Skills team, in relation to tools and processes in the project planning area **Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree within Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields Proficient in Project Planning tools - 3+ years of experience with project and resource planning - Good awareness of the level of interaction required with the key stakeholders' teams to support the delivery of projects - Fluent in English - Experienced user of project planning tools such as JIRA **Competencies** - Experienced with waterfall and ideally with Agile project planning - Be a skilled communicator targeting the audience in the organization, with proficiency in English - Process-oriented and have a structured way to work - Highly collaborative and a solid networker who can build, develop and maintain relationships in a culturally diverse and global environment **What We Offer** We offer an opportunity to be part of a solid team in an exciting business with very good products, supporting Vestas' overall mission.
