- Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives.
- Identify and on board top financial advisors and leaders.
- Develop and implement cross-selling and upselling strategies.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Participate in field activities to expand customer reach and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Age 21-38, valid driver's license, own two-wheeler.
