**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **high-quality 3D models** of interior spaces, furniture, and decorative elements.
- Develop **photorealistic renders** for high-end clients using industry-standard rendering engines.
- Work with **material libraries, textures, lighting, and CMF specifications** to ensure accuracy and realism.
- Optimize models for efficiency while maintaining a high level of detail.
- Research and implement the latest design trends, materials, and rendering techniques.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Blender, or similar rendering software**.
- Strong knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter, or other texture/material editing tools**.
- Experience in **high-end furniture and interior modelling** with an eye for detail and realism.
- Deep understanding of **materials, textures, color theory, and CMF design principles**.
- Ability to interpret **architectural and interior design drawings** into detailed 3D models.
- Familiarity with **AutoCAD, Rhino, or SketchUp** is a plus.
- Excellent artistic and visualization skills, with a keen sense of lighting and composition.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced design environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A degree in **Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field**.
- Experience in the **luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors**.
- A portfolio showcasing **high-end interior and furniture renderings**.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
