Regional Incharge- Bancassurance

**Team Leader (Regional Incharge
- Bancassurance handling south for IDFC Relationship based at Bangalore)**

**Purpose of this role**:Development of Banca partners, servicing existing bank tie-ups & develop business through them at a regional level.

**Main Responsibility**

1 Understand the key priorities and plans for the organization, & develop business.

2 Establish & develop relationships with Banks.

3 Provide end-to-end solutions to Banca partners, ensuring that service level commitments are met.

4 Responsible for achieving the top line targets through bancassurance partners.

5 Stay up to date with the market and manage relationships with potential partners for future acquisition.

6 Drive focus on aspects of customer acquisition, retention and cross selling, & provide value addition to the Banca partners.

7 Assist channel partner with training and guidance to conduct business.

8 Managing all Bank tie-up branches of the territory.

9 Team development, management, monitoring the productivity, performance tracking of team members.

10 Arranging and coordinating for training programs for bank employees & internal team.

**Requirements**:
**Qualification and Experience**

**Education** : Graduate/Post Graduate

**Experience** : Above 8- 10 years in Insurance Industry and preferably from Bancassurance Channel.

**Up to 12 Lakhs**

Education: Graduation Experience: 2 to 4 years experience in (general insurance, health insurance) Should have mandatory agency experience. Currently in Agency Channel Should be in Team Handling Role. Location: Bangalore,Chennai, Coimbatore
