**Administrative Executive**
**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Facility Management**:
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of office and plant facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships for facility-related services such as security, housekeeping, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for facilities.
2. **Payroll Management**:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including accurate calculations, deductions, and timely disbursements.
- Maintain employee attendance records and manage time-tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and tax filings.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
3. **Administrative Support**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure availability at all times.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and coordination for meetings and events.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of administrative, payroll, and facility-related activities.
4. **Coordination and Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth internal communication and operational efficiency.
- Support HR and other departments in organizing employee activities, onboarding, and training sessions.
5. **Reporting and Compliance**:
- Prepare regular reports on payroll, facility management expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations in all administrative functions.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with payroll management software and attendance tracking systems.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
