As a **Creative Designer**, you will be responsible for designing engaging graphics, visuals, and marketing materials that align with our brand. Your work will be used across social media, advertisements, website content, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**
- Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional materials.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and packaging materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.

**Basic Video Editing (Preferred, Not Mandatory)**
- Create simple animations or motion graphics for social media.
- Edit short promotional videos, reels, and GIFs for marketing campaigns.

**Branding & Content Support**
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends to create fresh and engaging content.

**Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma (preferred)**.
- Strong understanding of **color theory, typography, and design principles**.
- Ability to create **modern, clean, and engaging** designs.
- **Good communication skills** and ability to handle multiple design projects.

**Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)**:

- Experience in **branding, packaging design, or UI/UX**.
- Knowledge of **After Effects or Premiere Pro** for basic motion graphics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
