Solution Architect

**Job Requirements**Quest Global is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Solution Architect to drive innovation and deliver impactful, scalable solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. In this pivotal role, you will develop proof of concepts, design and lead solution implementations that enhance our offerings. After successful POC completion, you will mentor and guide engineers in developing a production-ready solution.

Role:
A hands on person with overall responsibility to build architectures (new or rearchitect existing prods)

Build POCs to justify new Enterprise architectures (Cloud) including but not limited to AI/ Gen AI/ Data pipe enhancements, performance improvement, adoption of new technologies

Collaborate with client architects, Prod Managers and Engineering leaders to align with the product vision and help build corresponding response from Quest Global along with the VBU and project teams
**Work Experience**Primary Technical**:

- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using key libraries and frameworks, guiding end to end deployment from initial POC to production.
- Develop POCs for new solutions, demonstrating their business value to clients and guiding their evolution into full-scale, production-ready solutions.
- Showcase expertise in Large Language Models by demonstrating practical examples and case studies.
- Mentor and coach engineers throughout the implementation process, ensuring robust, production ready solutions with efficient monitoring and maintenance.
- Demonstrate solutions from past experience in data engineering space include skills like Big Data, Spark, ETL pipelines, Airflow, and more.

**Knowledge Expertise**:

- Exhibit technical expertise with a variety of API technologies, including Python libraries, REST APIs, Java frameworks, and demonstrate capabilities to clients.

**Soft Skills**:

- Engage as a trusted technical advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and identifying technical value-add opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify solution opportunities and support in creating proposals and present solutions
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for solutions, driving continuous improvements and implementing remediation plans as needed.

**Experience**:

- 10+ years in technology, including 5+ years architecting distributed systems and developing technology roadmaps for global enterprises.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML and experience implementing solutions
- Familiarity with LLMs and ability to provide examples and case studies.
- Experience in data engineering areas, including Big Data, Spark, ETL pipelines, and Airflow.
- Proficiency with Python, REST, Java, and associated libraries and frameworks.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms to support containerization and cloud-native development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end POC design, solution development, and client presentations.
- Experience creating scalable, seamless integrations with existing systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in prioritization and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
