- In this role, you will be responsible for lease administration services. Your role as part of the team will be to learn from the existing domain experts and support in lease abstraction services for the client._

**_ Including reading and extracting information basis the requirements_**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:

- Minimum qualifications_

**_ B.Com (P/H)/Economic (H)/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent_**

**_ Relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate industry_**

**_ Preferred qualifications_**:
**_ Read/Write/Interpret English language_**

**_ Paralegal experience will be preferred_**

**_ Good eye for detail_**

**_ Strong Analytical skills_**

**_ Good Excel skills_**

**_ Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach_**
