Customer Delight: (Excellence in customer delight, Engage Customer during entire Life Cycle of Vehicle Ownership, Revenue share from other than vehicle sales, Smart Innovations)Promptly greet customers in friendly manner, make them feel comfortable and obtain vehicle information.Inspect and recommend additional service needed for the vehicle with reference to the service history.Update customer on change in delivery time, if any other deviations are identified by the service team.Intimate customers about next schedule for servicing and suggest measures that will help customers avoid minor issues occurring in vehicles.Take the list of RFD (Ready for Delivery) vehicles list and inform the same to customers.Ensure efficient infrastructure is maintained at customer lounge.Recommend available different value added services to customers.Identify ways to improve customer service and exceed customer satisfaction Process Adherence: (Phenomenal growth, Excellence in customer delight)Identify mechanical problems by appropriately asking the questions to the customer and doing a visual inspection.

- Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs on time explaining customers about cost and labor estimates for service.Write a brief description of the problem on the repair order to help the mechanic locate the problem.Check whether the customer's vehicle covers under warranty as per the SOPs and note.Prepare the list of the damages in customer's vehicle and take an approval from customer for the same.Raise the job card manually with proper customer details, vehicle chaises number, received time, kilometer reading, service start time and estimated time of delivery) and forward the same to computer operator.Ensure the job card raised in the CRM-DMS is same as in manually raised job card.Monitor whether the customer is billed for all the services given at workshop.Coordinate with Floor In-Charge for the on time delivery of vehicle as per the job card.Review the job card to ensure all the additional services provided to customers are
