Special Educator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and identify learning needs of students with special educational requirements.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Use adaptive teaching methods to support students with learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, or developmental delays.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor student progress and provide guidance.
- Conduct training sessions for teachers on inclusive teaching strategies.
- Maintain detailed student records and ensure compliance with educational guidelines and policies.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in special education or inclusive learning environments.
- Skills: Strong understanding of child psychology, behavior management, and individualized instruction techniques.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with CBSE guidelines for inclusive education and special education laws.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
