**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- The primary functional of this will be for Microsoft Dynamics CRM System Administrator.
- Any other Sys Admin exp like Ivanti, ConnectWise, NetSuite will be helpful but not necessary

**Responsibilities**:

- Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identifies and resolves systems issues
- Researches and makes recommendations on software products and services in support of procurement and development efforts
- Ensures that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications
- Works with company’s software suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
- Coordinates feasibility studies for software and system products under consideration for purchase, and gives advice based on findings
- Contributes to system testing and user acceptance testing phase of development by evaluating new functionality in order to identify potential problem areas, and make the appropriate recommendations
- Collaborates with business units and stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Works with Project Manager to track project milestones and deliverables
- Manages proactively changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devises contingency plans
- Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the organization
- Develops best practices and tools for software project execution and management
