- This position will be responsible for HR operations for SCM Logistics Warehouses.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
**Financial**
- Responsible for maintaining HR MIS to track headcount to meet AOP budgets.
**Customer Oriented**
- Co-ordination with all Head Office.
**People Oriented**
- Responsible for execution of engagement initiatives for the workforce.
**Internal Business Process**
**Time Office Administration**
- To authenticate attendance & Time Office of ~ 500 Staff & Workers.
- Responsible for documentation of all new joiners as well as exit management.
**HRIS, MIS & Budgeting**
- To generate various MIS / HRIS reports present the same to Management for Decision making.
- To ensure updation the employee master.
- To adhere the departmental Budget in consultation with the HOD.
**Insurance GPA & GMI**
- To coordinate with Head Office HR Ops Team to ensure that all new joinees are enrolled with the insurance company for the GPA policy.
- To verify the status of deletion of resigned cases and thereby ensuring that unnecessary premiums are not being made.
**Rewards & Recognition**
**(Quarterly Activity)**
- To assist in coordinating the Rewards & Recognition program for Warehouse.
**Performance Management**
- To assist in closure of KRA/Confirmation/Annual / Mid-Year Performance Appraisal.**Employee Engagement Tracking.**
- To assist in centrally coordinate the Employee Engagement program for the group**Competencies**
