**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for web, mobile, and print platforms.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to produce high-quality assets.
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for UI/UX designs, prototypes, and mockups.
- Work on 3D modelling and animation projects using tools like Blender (if applicable).
- Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **2-5 years of experience** as a designer in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, graphic, and branding projects.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Experience in 3D modelling and animation using **Blender3D**.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation.
- Experience working on international projects or with global clients.
