In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting operations for indirect IT procurement, working closely with business partners to meet their IT service and product needs while optimizing efficiency and automation for procurement systems and processes.

**What You Will Do
- Actively participate in or lead projects related to continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Drive efforts to identify and implement improvement initiatives within the procurement function, leveraging automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration, trust, and mutual value creation
- Control stocking levels based on forecasted purchases, inventory optimization, preventing inventory, analyzing lead times, incorporating refresh plans
- Collaborate closely with business partners to understand their requirements and align procurement strategies accordingly
- Conduct data spend analysis to gain insights into purchasing patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop strategies for optimizing procurement spend and development of preferred partnerships.
- Manage catalog management activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for procurement

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional experience within Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, or other appliable business function
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Supply Chain Management or other supply chain/procurement related program
- Experience in procurement/sourcing of IT hardware and software
- Experience with Coupa, ServiceNow, Ariba and/or SAP procurement software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.)
- Fluent in Polish, German, Italian, or Spanish languages
