**Job Overview**:
Y Digital Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible **CRM Auditor** to join our growing team in the beauty & salon industry. As a CRM Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of customer relationship data and ensuring the CRM system is being used effectively by internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Audit CRM entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Identify and report inconsistencies or missing data in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the operations and sales teams for CRM improvements.
- Ensure CRM usage aligns with company protocols.
- Support the data team in preparing reports related to customer activity and performance.
- Coordinate with staff to collect, verify, and input data as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Graduate from a recognized institution (any stream).
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and internet usage.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Prior experience in auditing, CRM management, or data entry is a plus (not mandatory).
- Interest in or familiarity with the beauty & salon industry is a bonus.
