**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support professional to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. As a fresher, no prior experience is required.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining knowledge of company products and services
- Providing product recommendations and guiding customers to make informed decisions
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or management
- Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience at all times
- Recording and maintaining customer interaction details in CRM system
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Contributing to the team's overall performance and goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
