Intensivist

**Job Title: Intensivist (Full-Time) - 2 Positions**

**Location**: Palghar
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹70,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month (based on experience)

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: MBBS + IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine) OR MBBS with substantial critical care experience.
- **Experience**: Relevant experience in ICU/Critical Care management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Lead and coordinate with the ICU team, including nurses and RMOs, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage ventilator support, hemodynamic monitoring, and other critical care procedures.
- Assess and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient conditions.
- Collaborate with consultants and specialists for comprehensive patient management.
- Supervise junior doctors and medical staff, ensuring adherence to ICU protocols.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation.
