ROLE:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare cutover plan and execute Move to Production MTP with all necessary documentation in place and signedoff by track lead. Evaluate system performance, perform system checks and performance tuning improvements.- Implement Hana Storage Extensions for Enterprise data. Education Degree in IT Computer Science or a relevant fieldSkillsGood understand and experience in SAP BASISGood experience in HANA Database Administration, having managed at least 1 or 2 HANA Database Administration projectsStrong Root Cause Analysis RCA and Troubleshooting skillsWell verse with required Documentation and with good Documentation skillsExperience in an SAP HANA Upgrade Migration Project as Technical Lead is a plus.- Experience in interacting with customer or customer teams and working as part of an extended teamAble to contribute independently or as part of a teamPositive Attitude, Self motivated and ConfidentExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate core concepts to executives, IT Management, and developers.

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
