**Job Description: Personal Assistant**

**Position**: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
**Experience**: 8-10 years
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Manage the MD's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings.
- Maintain an efficient filing system, both digital and physical, for easy document retrieval.

**Communication Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and proofread all written communication to maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

**Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule, coordinate, and manage logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Anticipate and prepare for meetings by gathering relevant documents and briefing materials.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets to track performance metrics, budgets, and other key data.
- Analyse and present data in charts, graphs, or reports as required.

**Travel and Event Management**:

- Coordinate events, conferences, and business gatherings attended or hosted by the MD.

**General Assistance**:

- Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the MD.
- Ensure a seamless flow of operations in the MD’s office.
- Handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 8-10 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in **English** and **Hindi**.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
- **Other Attributes**:

- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain strong interpersonal relationships

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with senior executives or in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.

**Compensation**:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
