**About the Role**:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Executive.

This role involves delivering the products (e.g., havan cups, dhoop cones) to retail shops, building strong relationships with shopkeepers, ensuring timely deliveries, and getting re-orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Delivery**: Deliver products to retail shops as per assigned routes and schedule, ensuring goods are in good condition.

**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail shop owners and staff to increase trust and long-term engagement.

**Payment Coordination**: Inform accounts team of pending payments or collect payment if instructed.

**Reporting**: Provide daily updates of delivery status, new orders taken, payment status, and customer feedback.

**Customer Feedback & Market Insight**: Note any complaints or suggestions from retailers and report them to the relevant teams.

**Other Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Reordering**:Speak to shopkeepers about stock levels and encourage reordering of products.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 10th pass; 12th preferred.

1-3 years of experience in delivery, sales, or FMCG distribution preferred.

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

Basic smartphone knowledge to use Google Forms or a mobile CRM.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Honest, punctual, and customer-focused.

**Compensation**:
Fixed monthly salary

Fuel allowance

Incentives on upselling

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:
