We are seeking an experienced Procurement manager to join our SCM team in India. You will be responsible for controlling and measurement of pooling and Procurement activities in a disciplinarily managed regional team striving for optimum conditions on an excellent supplier base through regional pooling volumes and strategies in order to maximize the contribution to the operating result.

**Functional Role**: You will be responsible to manage the procurement of Professional services which would involve managing the Service provider, managing supplier strategies in synch with Internal stakeholders via Digital Platform or otherwise. Namely it would involve managing the procurement of service commodities like Business Trainings, Recruitment services, HR services, Market research, certifications, employee services, Management consulting services and other professional services. Commodity Lead will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure procurement requirements are aligned with the business needs.

- Lead the as commodity manager for both pooled and non-pooled requirements.
- Handling Commodity structure and organization and implement material productivity programs/ measures to achieve the maximum contribution to the cost targets.
- Commodity strategies and Pooling strategies Define/ adapt and implement (based on conducted demand, market and supplier analyses) within area of responsibility; communicate the strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials /services and strategic.
- to improve the Procurement process and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
- Define and implement negotiation concepts and strategies to maximize savings. Negotiate frame contracts; define core assortment; document frame contracts in relevant Supplier Management IT- systems. Also work closely with legal to ensure contracts are compliant with organizational policies and standards.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the procurement team and internal stakeholders.
- PVO clarity Ensure PVO visibility globally by, amongst others, correct ESN coding to ensure a correct reporting and to derive an appropriate commodity strategy.
- Close coordination with Global Commodity Manager & peer countries for synergies in strategies.
- Understands the impact of early Procurement involvement and supplier
- integration and strives to influence sourcing decisions in the sense of
- Procurement objectives, drive an early state under consideration of global
- commodity strategy, ensures time to market and meets budget requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of significant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Experience in leading the procurement of professional services in India.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with procurement tools and software.
