Shopify Expert

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Shopify Expert to join our team. As a Shopify Expert, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing Shopify e-commerce websites for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, customize their online stores, and provide technical support throughout the development process.

**Responsibilities**:
E-commerce Development: Design, develop, and customize Shopify websites based on client requirements, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.

Theme Customization: Customize and modify Shopify themes to match client branding, including layout design, color schemes, typography, and overall aesthetics.

Front-end Development: Implement responsive web design techniques to optimize the website for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms.

E-commerce Best Practices: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce, providing expert guidance to clients on optimizing their online stores for conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and user experience (UX).

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the website functions correctly, resolves any technical issues, and meets the client's expectations.

Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to clients on managing their Shopify stores, including product management, inventory updates, order fulfillment, and customer support. Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their business goals, and provide strategic advice on leveraging Shopify's features and capabilities to achieve desired outcomes.

Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of Shopify platform updates, new features, and industry trends. Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through self-learning and participation in relevant workshops or training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Shopify Expert or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Shopify projects.
- Proficiency in Shopify development and customization, including liquid programming, theme development, and app integration.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, CRO, and UX/UI design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills to effectively understand client requirements and provide solutions.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Shopify certification(s) or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
