**Job Summary**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons in English Literature and Language to Grades IX-XII.
- Prepare students thoroughly for ICSE and ISC board examinations, including internal assessments and project work.
- Create lesson plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the syllabus and promote critical thinking and literary appreciation.
- Use innovative and interactive teaching techniques, including ICT tools, to enhance student learning.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in English pedagogy and ICSE/ISC board guidelines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English (Hons.); Master’s in English preferred.
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Minimum **5-7 years of teaching experience** in English for Grades IX-XII in an ICSE/ISC-affiliated school.
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
- Experience with ICSE/ISC board exam formats and expectations is a must.
- Familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital platforms.
