**SAP Invoice Management by Open Text VIM consultant (AMS)**
- **Mainly for customers of NTT Data Business Solutions, UK.**

**Job Descriptions**
- **Facilitate the implementation and support of Open Text Vendor Invoice Management solution for SAP ERP.**:

- **Perform detailed analysis of complex business process issues and requirements and provide appropriate solutions.**:

- **Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements and Change Requests**:

- **Knowledge of AMS support processes is desired.**:

- **Design, customize, configure and testing of Invoice management and related processes in Open Text & SAP.**:

- **Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.**:

- **Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.**:

- **Document functional designs, test cases and results.**:

- **Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements**:

- **Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects**:

- **Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.**:

- **Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required**:

- **Work self-directed and independently;**:
**Requirements**:

- **Have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in Open Text VIM and SAP preferably with OT certification**
- **Working experience in Open Text VIM in the below topics**
- **Well versed with PO and Non-PO process flows for multiple Company codes**:

- **Chart of Authority (COA) setup for Non-PO flow**:

- **VIM Monitoring & Admin tool - Setup, troubleshooting and enabling user teams**:

- **Guide customer teams on the usage of VIM workplace and VIM analytics**:

- **Invoice Verification - Verify, complete, Duplicate check with 3-way matching**:

- **Collaboration and Exception Handling workflows with manual check and forward to Buyer options**:

- **Setup of PO blocking option; Invoice posting through VIM**:

- **Experience in testing Payment processing in SAP S/4 HANA**:

- **Testing and troubleshooting of Approval flow using Fiori Apps**:

- **Identification of right authorization roles for various stakeholders.**:

- **Open Text Business Centre Solution (Open Text BCS) integration for Incoming Invoices**:

- **Setup of OAWD and E-mail channels**:

- **Configuration of Information Extraction Service (Open Text IES) for Invoice scanning**:

- **Configuration of BCC Validation client for validation of scanned Invoice images**
- **Additional skills desired include**
- **Experience in Integration with MM & FI modules is a must**:

- **Manufacturing industry process knowledge will be an added advantage.**
