Job Title: Transaction Processing Representative

Experience: Fresher

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

- Conduct data entry and comprehensive research across multiple systems and tracking tools, leveraging a deep understanding of processes and related systems to identify, assess, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Evaluate and address both standard and non-standard issues and problems using analytical skills and sound judgment, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Proactively seek advice and escalate complex tasks or problems that fall beyond the defined scope of work, collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows by suggesting innovative solutions and implementing best practices, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and records of tasks, issues, and resolutions, facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring accountability within the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, system updates, and technological advancements to enhance expertise and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
