**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle general accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable.
- Prepare and maintain Books of Accounts as per applicable accounting standards.
- Assist in finalization of accounts, balance sheet, P&L, and MIS reporting.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Support in internal and statutory audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
- Support the finance team in implementing process improvements and controls.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- CA Intermediate qualified (Group I/II cleared).
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance functions.
- Experience in a corporate office / audit firm will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,482.83 - ₹27,130.63 per month
