**We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. This role involves handling outbound calls to existing customers and prospects, primarily to support customer relationship efforts.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects based on provided scripts or guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining and nurturing customer relationships.
- Coordinate with team members to understand ongoing company initiatives.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer information and record call results.
- Provide information about products or services and handle customer questions and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments or callbacks based on customer needs.
- Follow up on initial contacts and build relationships through regular communication.
- Adhere to communication protocols and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

**Training and Development**:

- Develop proficiency in using company systems and processes to enhance job performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
