Digital Marketer
**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with the audience, and drive growth.
Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative content across various platforms to promote our brand, products, and services. Craft compelling written materials, including blog posts, articles, and social media captions, to capture the attention of our target audience.
Canva Editing: Utilize Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing graphics, images, and infographics for social media posts, blog articles, and other digital marketing campaigns.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Conduct thorough research to understand our target audience, their preferences, and needs.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to social media engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates. Analyze data to generate actionable insights and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content creators, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or influencers for collaborative campaigns or partnerships.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in digital marketing, preferably within the finance industry, will be highly beneficial.
Proficient in social media management and familiar with various platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and convey ideas effectively.
Experience with Canva or similar design tools to create visually appealing graphics.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to drive audience engagement and growth.
Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment, with a mix of work from home and office-based tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 21-26 per week
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
