Job Description: 2D 3D Animator

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 2D & 3D animations using industry-standard software and tools.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, artistic vision, and animation goals.
- Develop storyboards, concept art, and animatics to plan and visualize animation sequences.
- Rig and animate characters, objects, and environments, ensuring smooth and realistic movement.
- Implement motion capture data when applicable and modify animations to fit the desired artistic style.
- Add visual effects and post-production touches to enhance the overall animation quality.
- Collaborate with the art and design team to ensure consistency in style, color, and overall visual aesthetic.
- Optimize animations for various platforms and technical specifications.
- Incorporate feedback from the creative team and make necessary revisions to achieve the desired animation quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new animation techniques, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a 2D and/or 3D Animator or a similar role.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, anticipation, and squash and stretch.
- Knowledge of character rigging, character animation, and lip-syncing techniques.
- Familiarity with motion capture technology and its integration into animation workflows.
- Strong artistic and storytelling skills to bring characters and environments to life.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team and incorporate feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing your animation skills, including examples of 2D and/or 3D animations you have created.

Technology Used:

- Adobe Animate, 3D Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, Motion Capture Technology, Krita, Adobe Photoshop.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
