**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in maintaining office organization by arranging files, documents, and records systematically.
- Handle office supplies inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Greet visitors and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support administrative staff in tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging meetings.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate efficient communication and workflow.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an office clerk or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Experience with office management software or CRM systems.
