**Job Title: Data Entry Operator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets and other databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform data verification and validation to ensure correctness and completeness of information.
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Manage and organize electronic files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients via telephone to gather information, answer queries, and resolve issues.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data analysis as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI COPA, High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in data management or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of [insert minimum WPM, e.g., 40 WPM] and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while adhering to deadlines.
- Familiarity with additional data management software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
