Junior Physiotherapist

**Patient Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough physical examinations & take detailed patient history, including medical conditions, lifestyle factors, and current symptoms.
- **Treatment Planning**:

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and assessment findings (appropriate therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities like heat/ice therapy, and electrotherapy)
- **Therapeutic Interventions**:

- Perform manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and stretching.
- **Patient Education**:

- Provide clear instructions on exercise programs, Discuss pain management techniques and lifestyle modifications.
- **Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals like doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed patient records including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- **Clinical Counseling**:

- Prepare reports for records and further reference.
