Driver

**Requirements**:

- Valid 4-wheeler with gear driving license (LMV/HMV).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with local routes, highways, and remote locations.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings.
- Good communication skills (Odia / Hindi / English).
- Physically fit and capable of assisting in minor field tasks if needed.
- Experience driving company or commercial vehicles.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
- Previous work experience in an industrial, construction, or field operations setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive field employees to different locations as per work schedules.
- Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs while following assigned routes.
- Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall tidiness of the vehicle.
- Follow traffic rules and weather reports for safe driving conditions.
- Ensure safety of passenger and loaded materials at all times.
- Assist field employees in loading/unloading materials or equipment, as and when required.
- Keep accurate records of daily trips (point-to-point), fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Report any vehicle issues or breakdowns immediately.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and courteous attitude towards all the employees and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
