**Preferred Skills**:

- Appropriate degree/equivalent with 3+ years of experience in relevant field.
- MCSE /CCNA certification.
- Active Directory, group polices, software deployment methods. (mandatory)
- TCP/IP networking and VPN. (mandatory)
- System security including NTFS, ISA, TMG, internet, anti-virus, anti-spam
- Knowledge with backup/ restoration using Windows or 3rd party tools.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good spoken and written communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
