**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Create video content (live & recorded sessions on YouTube)
- Engage students in live videos, clear doubts, motivate them.
- To achieve excellent feedback from the students.
- Contribute to Planning of YouTube sessions and overall Content planning.
- Work closely with the Course manager and Design team to enhance your content.
- Must work on Personal branding and related promotions on Telegram

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in Subject knowledge
- Current Affairs - 1-5 years of prior experience in teaching UPSC students
- Should be personable, energetic, and loves simplifying complex topics
- Understanding of how students like to learn and their common misconceptions
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Offline Teaching Experience preferred
- Advantage if taught students on YouTube - High on energy
- High ownership & authority
- Basic knowledge of Excel & MS word Eligibility
- Must have cleared UPSC prelims and mains
