**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mechanical Assembly**:

- Assist in the assembly of mechanical components for electrical control panels.
- Ensure all components are fitted and secured according to specifications and quality standards.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble parts.
- **Installation and Maintenance**:

- Aid in the installation of mechanical parts within electrical control panels.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical components.
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct inspections to ensure assembled products meet quality standards.
- Work closely with the quality control team to rectify any assembly issues.
- Maintain detailed records of quality checks and assembly procedures.
- **Support Production Operations**:

- Assist the production supervisor and team in meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly steps and maintenance activities.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the production supervisor.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on production metrics and progress.
- **Skills**:
**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy components.
- Stamina to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.

**Work Environment**:

- Manufacturing and assembly area.
- Exposure to machinery noise and moving mechanical parts.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical components and control panels.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Location : Ambad, Nashik**

**Qualification : ITI Fitter**

**Experience : Minimum 1 year in Mechanical Assembly Section**

**Salary : 15k to 20k**

**Department : Production**

**Preferred Industry : Electrical Control Panel**
