**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to own software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensure its alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. Each day, you will be responsible for the design and build, integrity, and quality of an Information Systems (IS) solution and associated IS services delivered to business. You will also showcase your expertise by consulting, advising, and supporting on the installation of new IS solutions/services, or changing existing IS solutions/services. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business Installation Products division in Hyderabad, India. You will be mainly accountable for: - Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: As an Architect you will be responsible for the Implementation project for SAP PI / PO, Integration Suite and any future upgrades or migration activities. Understand and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective and scalable integration solutions that align with organizational objectives. Identify and document current (as-is) processes, interface requirements, and gaps. Design future (to-be) integration architectures in collaboration with business stakeholders to address these gaps. - Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts in process simplification, consolidation, and continuous improvement, driving the evolution of integration solutions to enhance business efficiency. - Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders and end-users to refine requirements and develop designs that address specific business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Partner with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of integration solutions that meet business requirements. - Execution and Implementation: Oversee the execution and implementation of integration solutions, including testing, training, and deployment, ensuring they meet quality standards and business expectations. - Leadership and Motivation: Exhibit a highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a “can-do” attitude, leading by example and fostering the same approach within your team.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related business field.
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience in integration design and development, with significant expertise in SAP PI/PO and strong familiarity with SAP CPI or the SAP Integration Suite.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, and comprehensive knowledge of security protocols such as SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, MFT, EDI, API, and GXS/OpenText tools.
- Expertise in managing complex integrations involving REST, SOAP, ODATA, IDoc, RFC, Cloud Connector, ABAP Proxies, and BPM integrations. Experienced in BPM-based interface development and knowledgeable in Linux/Unix scripting.
- In-depth understanding of SAP integration technologies, implementation methodologies, and core SAP technical areas, including S/4HANA. Proficient in Java programming and database query development. Proven ability in performance tuning and optimization of integration processes.
- Governance and Compliance: Experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT General Controls (ITGC) and ITIL processes, with a strong background in operational support and ITIL-driven methodologies.
- Leadership and Influence: Demonstrated ability to drive change and act as a change agent within the organization. Strong influencing skills, excellent communication abilities, and high-impact presentation capabilities. Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to solving business challenges.
