Concerned with the results of this research, Imperial International Sports Academy was founded with an aim to eradicate the problem of Child Obesity by making each and every student physically and mentally fit. By transforming the Youth of the country, IISA has taken up the mission of making India a fitter nation. IISA also aims at training and developing skills of various sports in each and every child with its several programs thus enhancing Sports Literacy. By enabling students to be fit and skilled, IISA has a vision of making India emerging as a "Nation of Sportsmen and Sports Women".

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- B.PED Degree from an accredited college/university. Completed courses in Swimming and relevant License or Certification will be required.
- Must have good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Upto 5 years of experience into coaching Swimming to school students.
- Supervisory skills and must be familiar with new tactics and techniques of swimming.
- First aid Training and excellent life saving skills.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing and implementing training programs that focus on improving technique, stroke placement, speed, and style.
- Teaching brand new swimming styles or strokes.
- Educating swimmers on water safety and providing lifesaving training sessions.
- Using a range of activities to improve water confidence.
- Recording training sessions in order to analyze strokes, techniques, and monitor progress.
- Setting training goals and objectives for students.
- Teaching and perfecting skills like flips, kicks, body rolls, floating, and breath control.
- Ensuring the pool or training area is clean, well-maintained, and free of hazards.
- Scouting swimmers and preparing teams and individuals for swim meets.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sikar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Coaching Handball Theory and Practical: 1 year (required)
