We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Field Officer to join our security company. The Field Officer will oversee the management of security personnel, ensure accurate attendance, supervise salary processes, and maintain effective communication with our clients. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to represent the company and manage operational responsibilities efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Security Personnel**: Oversee the deployment and performance of security staff across various client locations.
- **Manage Attendance**: Track and ensure accurate attendance records for all security officers and personnel.
- **Salary Management**: Handle and verify payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all security personnel.
- **Client Relations**: Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing concerns, implementing feedback, and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Operational Support**: Manage day-to-day operational issues on behalf of the company, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or operational discrepancies that arise.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on attendance, performance, and salary disbursements for internal use and client review.
- **Compliance & Security Protocols**: Ensure that all security personnel follow the company’s security procedures and that client locations remain secure and compliant with agreed terms.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in security operations or field management atleast 5 Years
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field is a plus)
- Previous experience in the security industry or a supervisory role is preferred
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call as needed
- Overall 5 Years+ Experience
