**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 1 - 3years.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
3. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
4. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
5. Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively and effectively.
6. Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Work closely with mobile and front-end developers to implement UI solutions and ensure the technology fully executes on the vision and requirements.
2. Plan & execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
3. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
4. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
6. Defining user personas and use cases. Participate and engage in design reviews and critiques.

**Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand.**
