- Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Preparing job offers.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
- Must have experience in Bulk hiring, head hunting, field recruitment, etc
- Should have strong sourcing skills, Campus hiring, volume hiring.
- Convincing skill, People management.

**QUALIFICATION**
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 months - 1 years’ experience as a Recruiter
- Proficiency in handling recruitment databases
- Excellent communication skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
