**Job Title**: Purchase Executive

**Location**: Reliable House, Mankoli Naka, Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra, India

**Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Process**: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- **Vendor Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, evaluate their performance, and resolve any issues that arise.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available while minimizing excess stock. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor and control procurement costs to meet budget requirements. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them effectively.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with other departments, such as operations, finance, and quality control, to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, price changes, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a purchasing role is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.

Additional Details:

- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
- **Transportation**: Paid bus service to office location from Kalyan Station and Thane Station
- **Office Timings**: 9.15 AM to 5.45 PM
- **Salary**: Up to ₹25,000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
