We are seeking motivated and reliable Factory Workers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the manufacturing process and ensure the smooth operation of the factory. You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals, maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Assemble products or parts according to specifications and production schedules
- Inspect products for quality control and report any defects or issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as needed
- Maintain accurate records of production quantities and material usage
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and safety knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- ITI (10th or 12th pass)
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, lift, and carry heavy items
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow instructions and work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time positions available
- Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and overtime depending on production needs

**Compensation**:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
