Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Kotak Insurance Process

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (1 rotational weekly off)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions effectively and professionally.
- Provide accurate information related to insurance products and services.
- Resolve queries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with process guidelines and company standards.
- Achieve performance metrics while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum HSC pass.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in the Insurance sector is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hindi communication (verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹16,500 (Take Home) - ₹20,000 (CTC)
