**Your role**
- Perform SLAreconciliation and Investigate of breaks post reconciliation related to ETD- Manage client’s request (direct or via 3rd party e.g., audit) into GRU e.g., request for data, request to onboard new reconciliations and/or amend existing reconciliations
- Hold client service meetings where service levels (KPI, MIS etc.) + queries, issues, challenges, and progress are discussed
- Hold Risk Review meetings with clients, supported by assigned BRM to discuss any open risk issues
- Ensure client adheres to established service management framework e.g., annual SLA review & sign-off; annual OLA review and sign-off
- Act as Escalation contact for queries / concerns from the service delivery unit to the UBS Clients
- Manage / Participate in any ongoing Project initiatives
- Work on a rotational shift basis to cover committed service delivery hours.

- ReconciliationsReconciliations aka “GRU”
- We support the verification of UBS books and records, by reconciling internally held data against external data sources (agent banks, custodians, exchanges) and reconciling data between UBS internal systems (e.g., Front Office vs Back Office).Data reconciliation between UBS internal trading system against the exchange & Broker. Reconciling of trades Vs positions, providing information’s to the stakeholders,
- Working on T+1Reconciliation of commission and Trail balance and clear those from Market watch.
- Preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Manuals to facilitate smooth functioning of process, ensuring conformance & compliance to Service Level Agreements
- We operate 3 strategic reconciliation platforms from 34 locations - Hyderabad, Switzerland, and Singapore;
- We process ~12bn records / annum and serve clients in every division of UBS, across 29 countries.
- Specifically, for this role, you will work as part of the DI Ops Reconciliations Team in Hyderabad, alongside other UBS Managers, overseeing the service delivery with a workforce of ~90 FTE

**Your expertise**
- Experience in ETD banking operations, specifically Reconciliations/Investigations
- Good understanding of various swifts formats used for reconciliations i.e MT 535/536/950/940
- Total of 8+ years’ experience of delivering automation initiatives in an Operations/Back-Office area and ideally in one of the following areas:

- Reconciliations of various banking products
- Settlements / Corporate Actions booking unit
- Regulatory / Transaction Reporting
- Knowledge of automation tools e.g. Alteryx / Python /Tableau
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good Problem-solving skills & data analysis
- Good written and oral communication Skills
- Excellent Client service focus
- Enhanced Risk Awareness (Operational, Financial, Regulatory)
