**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Customer Handling**:

- Greet Customers and understand their vehicle repair needs.
- Explain the repair process, estimated cost and timeline.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular updates on repair progress.

**2.Job Estimation and Insurance Co-ordination**:

- Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and prepare job estimates.
- Co-ordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals.
- Ensure accurate docuentation and follow-up on claim processing.

**3.Workshop Co-ordination**:

- Assign repair jobs to technicians and monitor work progress.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts for repairs.
- Maintain communication between customers and the workshop team.

**4.Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure repairs meet Maruti Suzuki standards and quality guidelines.
- Conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all repairs.

**5.Customer Satisfaction and Retention**:

- Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Provide post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services like extended warranty and service packages.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Diploma/Graduate in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- **Experience**:1-3 years in automobile bodyshop services (Freshers with good technical knowledge can apply).
- **Skills**:Strong Communication and customer-handling skills, knowledge of automobile body repair, insurance claims and job estimation, ability to work in a fast-paced service environment, Proficiency in MS OFFICE.
