Key responsibilities include:

- Troubleshooting and issue resolution:
Identifying and resolving issues related to JDE manufacturing functionality, including data discrepancies and system errors.
- Adherence to a define Service Level Agreements

Issue resolution in a timely manner to ensure agreed upon service level agreements are met
- System configuration:
Setting up and maintaining manufacturing parameters within JDE, including bill of materials (BOMs), routings, work orders, and inventory management.
- Process analysis and improvement:
Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in manufacturing workflows, proposing and implementing process changes using JDE functionality.
- Data analysis and reporting:
Generating reports on production metrics like lead times, scrap rates, and capacity utilization using JDE reporting tools.
- User training and support:
Providing training to shop floor personnel and other users on how to utilize the JDE manufacturing modules effectively.
- Integration with other systems:
Coordinating data flow between JDE manufacturing modules and other enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or MES.

- Experience and knowledge of JDE Finance, JDE Capital Asset Management is a plus
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete, process, or mixed mode)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and training skills to effectively train users
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, planning, and IT departments
