**Position Overview**: As a Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols on our construction sites. Your role will involve assessing risks, conducting safety audits, and providing training to ensure compliance with safety standards in line with industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety Assessments**: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and evaluate safety practices.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
- **Training Programs**: Develop and deliver safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors to promote a safe working environment.
- **Incident Investigation**: Investigate accidents and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and workers to promote safety awareness and best practices on site.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a safety engineering role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, local safety codes).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
