**Experience: 6 -12 Months in R&D**

**Good understanding of instant food manufacturing processes**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Formulate and develop new instant food products like noodles, pasta, soups, etc.**

**Conduct shelf-life studies and product stability analysis.**

**Maintain proper documentation of all research activities.**

**Operate and handle lab instruments like pH meter, thermometer, viscometer, moisture analyzer, etc.**

**Work on recipe optimization and cost control techniques.**

**Ensure compliance with food safety and FSSAI standards.**

**Hands-on experience in handling basic lab instruments**

**Strong analytical and documentation skills**

**Passionate about innovation in food products**
