Brand Strategist

**Job Title**: Brand Strategist
**Department**: Branding & Strategy

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for clients and internal projects
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Define brand positioning, voice, values, and messaging frameworks
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to translate strategy into compelling visual and verbal outputs
- Evaluate brand performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Lead client workshops and presentations to align vision and goals
- Keep abreast of branding and marketing trends, tools, and emerging platforms

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, and content strategy
- Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy (preferred)

**Skills Required**:

- Strategic thinking with a creative flair
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear brand narratives
- Strong project management and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or branding frameworks (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,805.37 - ₹45,867.73 per month
